Triad Western Constructors' corporate office is located in Cortez, Colorado with a Division office located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Triad carries on an uninterrupted 28 year tradition of excellence in the construction industry by serving clients throughout the Four Corner States, as well as Nevada, Texas and Wyoming. Triad has licensing in all seven states, and because of it's impeccable history of completing quality projects on time, we are not constrained by state imposed bid limitation regulations. |

Triad Western Constructors, Inc. was incorporated in April 1979 and has operated successfully for 28 years as a General Contractor. Triad is located in Cortez, Colorado where it carries on a tradition of construction services throughout the intermountain west and various southwestern states. Triad maintains licensing and various projects throughout Utah, Colorado , Arizona , New Mexico , Nevada and Texas. Additionally, Triad is a charter member of AGC (American General Contractors) and a member in good stead of NUCA. Triad has consistently and successfully performed various projects for municipalities, state and federal agencies including, but not limited to, the National Park Service and Department of Energy |

The Triad Organization as a whole is comprised of people with varying backgrounds and experience. This includes many degreed engineers and other key personnel with educational backgrounds in business and other related fields. However, the backbone of the company is comprised of people that have proven long term experience in their specific field of endeavor-many having been with the company for over 15 - 20 years. The Officers of the Corporation are Terry R. Gorsuch, Founder-President, Aryol Brumley , Vice President-Treasurer, Terry D. Gorsuch, Vice President and Carla Hoehn , Corporate Controller. |
