| We’re your “one-stop-shop” for directional drilling. We are extremely proficient in the installation of various types of pipe ranging in size from 2” to 24”. We’ve installed stainless steel, carbon steel, HDPE, PVC and other materials with our drills. We’ve drilled crossings for highways, rivers, canals, railroads and arroyos. Triad has completed bore crossings up to 1,800 linear feet and has access to equipment that can accommodate much more. | |
| Large diameter bores? Triad has auger boring equipment as well. We have the capability to auger bore up to 42” in diameter. Triad has completed a wide range of auger bores of all diameters up to 400 linear feet in length. | |
| Triad is also capable of installing casing pipe using the hammer bore method. In December of 2008 we completed an 84” diameter x 140 linear foot road crossing. | |
| Triad can also utilize Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) to get the job done. The longest completed to date by our crews is 280 linear feet of 44”. The accuracy of the TBM is unparalleled. The aforementioned bore, upon completion, was within 2 tenths of a foot of the specified grade. | |
